I do have a problem with part 4 of Proposal 110. If the robot follows instructions in a chain reaction like that, infinite loops would be easy to create (ie. a Right Card on square 3 and a Left Card on square 4). That's why I deliberately made it so the Robot would only follow one instruction per turn; any movement as a result of an instruction cannot immediately trigger more instructions.
If you retract Proposal 110 and resubmit it (and you most definitely should), you could tack on "This proposal creates one Robot on the lowest numbered square of the A-board." or something similar to get the Robot into the game. And if you like my destruction handling case better, feel free to use it instead of yours (I like both, it's your choice)
