Some problems will occur with Proposal 11 if other proposals are accepted:
- Proposal 2 will make the board(s) have 36 squares, which is a multiple of 3, so 12 dash plates (ie. every third square) will cause a player to move around the board an infinite number of times and outright end the game
- Dash plates essentially cause a square to be un-occupiable, and Proposal 13 requires you to be either on the same square as a building or one away from it to access the stuff in it, so 3 dash plates is enough to permanently shut everyone out of a building
- If there are 5 slow world cards in play, and I roll a 3, do I move 2 squares backward? Perhaps add a clause that the slow world card can only reduce dice rolls to a minimum of 1.
