Polishing is broken. Very broken. The polisher can make arbitrary changes to the gamestate, without them being voted on. And what is the "main spirit" anyway? One player's idea of the "main spirt" could be quite different than another one's. If the Judiciary is supposed to decide this, the polisher can bribe/conspire with him.
And even if none of that was true, the polisher can make changes to a player's proposal without that player permission. And even if we get a polisher who doesn't do any of those things, there's still the possibility of a polisher who make an unintentional loophole that breaks the game.
