Contracts
I have an idea. We could allow contracts to be made. These could be used to make things such as insurance, loans, etc. One person could write a contract and offer it to someone else (or multiple people) if the other person agrees, it goes into effect after an amount of time determined by the writer of the contract.
If the contract is violated (as defined by suer) a signer of the contract may file a suit against the violator, in which case a jury is somehow appointed. The jurers then vote on the the verdict and what the punishment should be. Also, a court fee is paid partly to the jurers and partly to noone. This is paid by the suer if the defendant is found innocent and by the defendent if he is found guilty.
Any suggestions/comments?
