Well I've been modifying the word file I have this proposal on. Shifting forest was meant to have that threat of instant winning-- Burning Bolt balances it out to some extent. I've made MotSF more expensive, but that makes it harder to dispel. Broken Sorcery also was given a slight boost to price, but considering it self-kills and requires being in the same space, I feel its not too threatening to the structure of the game.
Chaos spells were meant to be... chaotic. I'm thinking of replacing Psychedelic Mayhem, but I don't know with what yet.
