Perhaps we could create the option to create a stock through a broker (building) that has a preset total base price. You may also add rules to the use of the stock (e.g. only buildings will be bought with this stock) to encourage investment. Investers could then pay all or part of that starting price and thus own a certain percentage of that stock. That money would then go toward a new parameter of the stock's creator, 'stock dollars'. The stock dollars could then be spent by the stock's creator like normal money, except anything bought with it would be owned by the stock, and thus any money that is earned with that item or building is given to the stock creator in stock dollars rather than regular dollars. The stock's creator could also use stock dollars to just buy parts of buildings, so that he would still get part of the profit, and to prevent himself from going bankrupt. The total value of the stock would be equal to the amount of stock dollars from that stock owned by the stock's creator plus all the stock dollars from that stock that were payed by the stock's creator. The investor would have to repay any negative stock dollars with his own money , immediately. The stock holders could then sell shares of that stock to other people, and the stock's creators could sell stock dollars to other people. The stock holders would, at any time, be able to withdraw their shares and thus take a percentage of the stocks value (in regular money) proportionate to the percentage of the stock that they owned, and the base price of that stock would be reduced based on the base price of the percentage withdrawn by that investor (if the base price became available again after a share was withdrawn for the original base, an investor would be able to repeatedly buy and withdraw shares, thus making large amounts of money and bankrupting the stock's creator). This process would probably be more interesting if there were more ways to make money and far more players. If a stock market is created, then maybe we could later add commodities, in which case we could add a sort of tax for goods that would go toward the stock market, and the amount of money in their respective stocks would decrease at a predetermined rate.
