I figured it would need its own topic.
I attempted to keep it balanced and not too disruptive of gameplay pace. The slow ME gain means that most of those spells would take at least 2 days to charge up the ME for, many taking more. If fact Planer Seal won't be affordable for over two weeks, and by then there will probably be more spells to cast and at least some reason to stop all planer travel.
For those who are interested, both this proposal and the M-board get a lot of inspiration from Masters of Magic, a 1993 computer game.
So, any comments, suggestions, etc.?
